realtime synchronization failed

Hi there,

Thanks for the free software! This should be really useful. But I have a problem in using realtimesync, after I click start, it comes up with a window which shows "complete". and it just like a one-time synchronization finished. I think I should set some wrong parameters in the batch job file. Can you please help me for that? Much appreciated!

I thried back up a folder to a network location, which is a local file server, the synchronization is working one-time but not in real time way.
