error code 13

Does anyone have any idea what the error message: error code: 13 Permission denied (opendir) means and how I can solve it on my Macbook. I use Mac Os HIGHSierra 10.13.2

Seems pretty descriptive:
Most likely the user credentials under which you are running the sync does have insufficient rights for the mentioned folder.
