I am stuck in the same situation as probably many others with Win 10 now where I cannot setup RealTimeSync to work because it is not finding a batch file.
I read though several explanations. Sorry, I am not smart enough to understand them: so, Task Scheduler cannot find the batch file, I understand this part. Both, Program Files and batch job files are located on Drive C of my computer and I am the only user there. Drive C is a local drive I believe. I don't really understand how to convert the C: path to the network path. Maybe someone will explain it to me in a simple language or point me to where it is explained please?
To add to my confusion, I have now 3 PCs all running Win 10, all upgraded from Win 7 or 8. On one of them RealTimeSync is configured the old way and it is working fine but 2 others are refusing to do that. So, this situation with Win 10 Task Scheduler is not consistent then.
Anybody please can point me to where it was explained for a regular Joe like me and how to solve it?

franc, i am not sure about the latest version but what i found out is that you can put a link into the start up folder and then it will do the same thing for you as a Task Manager. the only problem is that it will open butwon't close the realtimesync so you have to click on the Start button on it. after that it will disappear and will be working on the background. you won't see it any more until you turn your computer on the next time. a little inconvenience but i figured out that 1 click is not a big deal and i can leave with it for the lack of better options. please let me know if you manage to make it work the good 'old' way.

There's no need to click on "Start": https://freefilesync.org/manual.php?topic=run-as-service

I tried to set it up this way a couple of months ago and it did not work so I had to find another solution. Will try again following your advice. Thank you.
