I am using FreeFileSync for Mac version 9.8 (build 2/6/18). I am connecting to a Windows PC (that I control) that is running an ftp server with Filezilla Server (version 0.9.60 beta). This is a closed, local network off of the internet, so the server is running FTP (not SFTP).

When I compare a local folder on my Mac and a folder on the FTP server, FreeFileSync is getting bad timestamps for the files from the ftp server. For example:

My timezone is EST, and I checked all computers have the correct time (in case that helps).

On My Mac, the file time & date is: Feb 22, 2018, 14:57:19.
On the Server (looking in Windows Explorer), the file time & date is: Feb 22, 2018, 2:57 PM (that's correct).
If I use Filezilla Client to connect to the Server, it reports the time & date as: Feb 22, 2018 14:57:19. (correct)

However, FreeFileSync reports that file's date & time as: Feb 22, 2018, 15:22:45. (wrong).

Let me know if anyone has suggestions on how to debug this. Thanks!

I'm not able to reproduce this. Maybe the file date simply has changed before accessing with FreeFileSync? If that's not it, maybe the FileZilla Server logs reveal something.

I just tried again, and I was not able to reproduce the error either.

It seems like FreeFileSync is not the problem, but probably Filezilla Server. Yesterday I changed the server's time (because it is off the internet and it's time drifted) while the server was running. Since then I reset the server, and now the times I see reported for each file is correct.

Thanks for your help anyways!
