I am currently using mirroring process to backup my Windows 2008 Server files into a separate HDD as a trial run for backing up with this software. But there are some outlook pst files that are locked by System process that is causing FFS not being able to read the file thus copying over to my HDD.
Error Message:
Cannot Read file "XYZ.pst"
The File is locked by another process: System
As some of the files on the server are being used by my user's virtual desktop programs. and due to various reasons, we don't usually switch off our user's virtual system.
Any idea how to this FFS problem so that I could copy without any problems?

Look into using VSS.
Note: only possible while running FFS with admin rights.
