Can't run .fss_batch from startup folder or tash scheduler

From couple of time I have a problem with .fss_batch file. I can run it directly and everything is fine. It put it in my system startup folder and it worked for a long time but at one beautiful morning it stopped. No reason, no changes, just stopped working. I tried then to run it from task sheduler but I got error message: "... is not proper win32 application". I have a Win 7 x64, before that unexpected crash batch file didn't need any additional privilages. How can I fix this issue?

One reason to get this error is an incorrect script path (but that doesn't explain why it used to work)

Man, thanks a lot! I just done it wrong, thats it! "If an ffs_batch file was entered instead, the task would return with error code 2147942593 (0x800700C1), "%1 is not a valid Win32 application"." I set up new task, work fine. But I still don't know why placing script in startup folder used to work. Perhaps an update or something... Never mind, many thanks!
