....that i don't lose important files. So i wanted to get verification that i am doing this right. I have 2 storage drives, E and F. I want to use the mirror function so any changes i make to E will be made to F. But there are some folders on F i don't want changed. Some are NOT folders that are on E and some are on E. Correct me if i am wrong, but i assume if F is the target and theres a folder on it thats not on the source, E, then will it will be ignored or will it be deleted because it's not on E? And if so how would i exclude that since the exclude list seems to be for the source.
Second question...if the same folder IS on both and they don't contain the same files and i want neither touched, i just copy the exact path to the exclude section such as "E\whatever folder". Correct?
And lastly, is there a way to do a backup that will undo a mirror i did, and if so how and where are the backup files so i can delete them once i know all is well? Thanks.
