Having trouble with 10.1 hanging with 0 Time left 0 Items left.
Non-responsive for ages before it finally decides to complete.

And no status message explaining what is currently happending? In this case you may send me a crash dump file captured at some time during the hang, and I should be able to find out what FFS is doing:
