Finding duplicates after relocating

Hello,

I would like to know if there is any way to find duplicates in the same main folder, where those duplicates have been relocated into subfolders. For example:

C:/Documents/Files/File.txt
and
C:/Documents/File.txt

This happened after syncing and not realising I had reorganised some parts, so I ended up with the same file in several different locations by mistake. I have over 20 000 files in my main folder, so searching one by one is out of the question.

What about using a duplicate file finder ...?

Thank you. I am aware of duplicate finders, but I was hoping to find a way to do it via Freefilesync instead. If it's not possible, though, I will use the ones you suggested :).

I mean to say, a third-party app needs to be used to find duplicate files?
