Automatic sync

HI all,
maybe my question was already raised up in the past but I'm new at this forum.
With my donated version of FFS I want to synchronize two folders (one is my Laptop folder, second is a USB-Stick folder) automatically when the USB-Folder gets active.
Can anyone tell me if and how this works or where I can find the appropriate documenation.
