As title says... how to disable completed alert/notification after sync?

Second question, how to stop filesinc from creating sync.fss_db files?

Delete/rename "Sync_Complete.wav"

Sync.ffs_db is created and *needed* for "two-way" variants or "mirror" with detection of moved files enabled. => Make sure you are using the correct sync variant for your scenario.

Changing from "two way" to custom, did the trick :)

Disabling "completed" notification was in Sync settings > On completion > close progress dialog.

The best thing is that file sync saves those settings independantly for each session.
