Network backup & synchronization

I have bought a notebook with Endless OS.
And I have a Windows computer in my home network as a NAS.
I configured access to computer HDDs from the notebook and I can copy files&folders in both directions.

Now I want to backup some folders from notebook to computer and then sync it periodically.
I try the FreeFileSync program, but I can’t select the network folders in it - there are no network enviroment.
What can I do to sync my data?
