Installation Linux Lite

Hi I'm new to linux. I have been trying to figure out the process for installing this software. I don't see a read me file or instructions on how to do so. Can someone help me out.

Not a Linux user myself, though did for a couple of years use Linux Mint, but DistroWatch says Linux Lite is Ubuntu based so these instructions might help: How to Install FreeFileSync on Ubuntu

Just google around and you'll find lots more.
