Copied folder to 2.nd HDD, Freefilesync failed

Dear All,

I am completely new with FreeFileSync.....

What I did:
I copied a folder from HDD A to HDD B, which was successful.
The I wanted to check the results with FreeFileSync.
I have used for comparison: File Time and Size.
Result is terrible: The origin folder just includes1% of the files, which are in the origin folder.
If I would synchronize per mirror with the copied folder: 99% of the copied folder will be deleted.

What is wrong?

Found the error, was my mistake.
