Cannot backup files, "Error Code 740..."

Hello

I have installed FreeFileSync on a friends notebook; she's NOT technical so I have to set the program up and then show her how to use it.

Because it's a notebook I added the Windows 7 OS folder to the exclusions.

On the 1st trial run I ran into an issue with some photos transferred from her phone to the notebook, the error message is as follows...

Cannot read permissions of "C:\ path and file name"
Cannot set privilege "SeSecurityPrivilege"
Error Code 740: The requested operation requires elevation. [Adjust TokenPrivileges]

My friend is the Administrator.

Thanks for the quick reply Zenju, it's much appreciated!

I'm also getting error messages when the software tries to backup files that are in use such as hiberfil.sys and pagefile.sys.

Apart from adding each file manually to the Exclusions list, is there a way of setting up FreeFileSync so that it does not try to backup files that are being used by the OS?
