Confirmation window

I used to get a window pop up at the end of running the programme (using task scheduler at 1.00 am) that would confirm that the program had run and any errors. I USED to get it but now I don't! I had to reinstall FreeFileSync and cannot remember how to get confirmation. Any ideas anyone?

I have two Batch Processes set up. One shows the process on screen and confirms when finished, the other does not.
I have restored hidden messages in Actions/Options but still cannot figure out how to turn on or off the progress and confirmation dialogue.
Checked every tab in sync settigns, Help, FAQ and this forum. Clearly I am missing something simple.
Any help would be appreciated

How do you start these (FFS) batch processes?
Manually, via the user startup folder, via the Task Scheduler?
Is it the same way for both batch processes?
