How do I know how long I have to update the software?

Do I understand it correctly that: for $X amount donated to FreeFileSync, software updates are available free? Is there a date or something on my receipt that I can relate to?

Both of my pieces of software (Donated Versions) have communicated an update was available but when I tried to download it, it failed to do so and gave me an error message.

Second question: Can I get the amounts in the donation table converted to US $? I tried researching, doing a digital conversion on my iPad but the app must have been 125 money conversions. None had a graphic symbol to match to. And I couldn't tell from the webpages what country originated the web pages to further research. Being on disability I would like not to over donate. I've paid $15 so far within about 3 months.

It is a great piece of software!

The following is pretty harsh for someone that has donated to your software twice and was going to the third time when the above questions were answered. I don't see my e-mail address to respond to. This is my 2nd time on a forum and I don't know how they work! You might consider your clientele. Like your message said: I'm new here.
