Current configuration is not updated after deletion it

In the list of configurations, I highlight the outdated configuration referring to nonexistent paths, and remove it from the list. After that, the cursor moves to the next configuration in the list, I click "Compare" and get an error that some directory does not exist. This directory is taken from the just deleted configuration, and not from the one that has become the current. Correct this, please.
