I had two folders pair, that were syncing with no problems up to v10.4, but after installing v10.6 I get the error below...
To me it does not make any sense, but I may have no capacity to understand the error...although it appears to say " Why are you copying so many folders at once"
"Warning. One base folder of a folder pair is contained in the other one."
can anyone help?
FreeFileSync_10.6 cannot index drives

4:27:55 PM Warning One base folder of a folder pair is contained in the other one.
The folder should be excluded from synchronization via filter.

In may case I am pretty sure they have identical device serial number as they are identical TrueCrypt containers stored in different places.
However this does not happen with 10.4 ( I skipped the 10.5)
Thanks

I also having issues with 10.6, but this says a folder already exists and stops
put 10.4 on and sync went with no problem
I suggest stay on 10.4 or 10.5 if no issues, cannot trust 10.6 at this point

@markusoft: Can you retest the fixed version? I'm pretty sure it's the same issue: viewtopic.php?t=5815
