I've wasted two hours trying to find out what's wrong with this.
Actions I've already tried:
Try Installing both 10.6 and 10.5 and 10.4 all have the same error.

Uninstall the old version including registry cleaner (It was a mistake because now I do not have the software at all)
Turn off all monitoring systems (including Windows Defender)
Give special permissions to the installation file

I just downloaded the installation file from FileHippo.com instead of your official website
Double click and everything works fine !!!!!!!
Please check your download server !!! You may have some problem with files on your server
My professional diagnosis is "random fluke", i.e. not reproducible. In any case, the installer is digitally signed, so it's easy to manually check for corruption.
