Get-ItemProperty HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\* |  Select-Object DisplayName, DisplayVersion, Publisher, InstallDate | Format-Table –AutoSize


in powershell

You're missing the 32-bit uninstallers:

HKLM:\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
