sftp password change

I am using sftp
Yesterday I had to change my login password on the server, now I want to tell freefilesync about the change. But it only tells about a general error like:Folder not found (I use german)

10.5 the log of the error was a bit clearer like CONN_AUTH_ERROR in 10.6 even the log hides this information.

Now, I did not want to set up a new connection to enter a new password, how can I enter a new password. I deleted the pass64= in the URL, with no success?

Click the "cloud" icon to the right of the dialog with your path. Shown below.

Also worth noting is that you won't get any notification by default if the SFTP task is the only one in a job and it fails. If you check the log you will see the error, as shown below, but the task fails silently, with no error icon if you just run it alone, which could lead you to falsely believe that there were no changes to sync!
