Sync Folder from Windows to FTP and set chmod and file mod

Hello,

is it possible to set the Dir/File mod for the Server.
file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777

something like this
ftp://USER@172.99.168.99:99/httpdocs|con=10|pass64=12345678|file_mode=0777,dir_mode=0777
