USB3 error 0x80070037 : HD on Icybox disapears when using free file sync

I used an Icybox IB 122 CL-U3 with 2 HD WD20EFRX (2Go each) , with freefilesync to manage backup. Everything was OK when running with Windows7, but now with W10 I got some trouble. The HDs are recognized and I can proceed to comparison, but as soon as I start sync, it begun but 10 seconds later the HDs disapear and windows is saying " driver problem with USB" error 0x80070037; I check the drivers for HD, USB, Icybox : all OK. When I work with the HDs not using free file sync, there is no problem, I can copy, delete and so on. So I think the trouble is due to freefilesync and Windows 10, as I got any trouble before with win7. If you have some ideas to solve this problem, I will appreciate, thanks.
