I wanted recently update from 10.5 to 10.8 (and later tried to 10.6 and 10.7), but facing a ton of issues. As I found out the file names are now totally different starting from version 10.6. What can I do in order I can update, or just stick with 10.5? Problems are:

- Until 10.5, I put the FreeFileSync folder to /usr/share, and I copied the files FreeFileSync and RealTimeSync to /usr/bin. It worked fine. Now if I do that with any later version, starting the binary will not work, because a message appears that the FreeFileSync folder is not found.
- When I start the new versions from their folders directly, FreeFileSync is started, however all the old configurations are lost. Where is the location of the configuration file now, and how can I use the old configs?
- None of my old batch files are found, I'd need to add them one by one (this would be the smallest issue).

So sorry, I don't understand why this change was needed. :(
