FFS errors when mirroring Error code 5: Access is denied (BackUp Write)

I am trying to mirror two hard drives in my system daily for backups. I run FFS as an admin and I have full control and ownership as a user of the two drives. Specific files just won't copy from one drive to the other no matter what I do (files have .ffs_tmp extension in the error report). Error shows as "Cannot write file" I have AVG free antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-malware. Windows 10, FFS v 7.7. Helpp!!

Did you try to temporarily disable AVG and/or Malwarebytes during the sync? It's quite likely that one of those is interfering with the sync.

Alright, then let's see what this is about:
Start up a Process Monitor (https://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx) trace, retry the operation and let it fail, stop the trace and send the pml file to me via email for analysis. (see FFS's about dialog for my email).
