Can not move tmp file to txt file

Cannot move file
"ftp://My IP address/My Documents/LG PC suite/restored/NOTICE_2360.a5ec.ffs_tmp" to
"ftp://My IP address/My Documents/LG PC suite/restored/NOTICE_2360.txt".

CURLE_QUOTE_ERROR: QUOT command failed with 553
553 file exists [curl_easy_perform]

I use Filezilla server and got this kind of messages often, the file on the other side does not exist and when I Ignore FFS will do a other attempt with the same result
This is very frustrating as it happen also with larger files which take some hours to upload

What can I do to avoid this
