Full sync each time into a new destination today date folder

Hello,

I'm having some trouble setting up my sync. I'm using this more of a backup then a sync. I would like to have version control by date on per backup. Meaning each time it run, it will run a full backup into today's date and only keep the last 3 days. Not sure if this is possible. Thank you in advance.
