Syncing 2 Synology shares

Mac host with both shares mounted using NAS admin user, so should have read/write permissions. FFS cannot write to the destination. Any ideas how I fix this?

Sorted - I think: enabled Advanced Permissions on source and target and allowed NAS admin user to read/write. No errors thus far!
