Another vote for preserving folder time stamps

I'm trying to transfer files to a new computer. I can't use FreeFileSync because I really, really need to present the timestamps of the folder. For general backup, FFS is great, and I've donated a couple of time. But for this particular use, I can't use it. I have to use either robocopy or Cygwin cp -p which is really slow.
