I could not find a readme to document the toolchain or any special considerations (warnings safe to ignore, platform-specific details, etc.).
Which *-dev libraries and versions are needed to build on CentOS and Mageia?
Can FFS be built in Cygwin or MinGW?

Currently FFS cannot be built on CentOS (and Mageia?) since it requires at least GCC 4.9.
