Simple one: Which side is "Source" and which is "Target"?

Pretty silly question really, but which side of the window is (by default) the Source disk and which is the Target?

These definitions only apply to Mirror or Update sync variants.
And then left is the source and right the target.

For a Two-way and a Custom sync variant source and target may vary per file.
