I get a Red triangle/exclamation point and the text below. Tried twice
No popup or ad blockers running and I am able to make other paypal purchases.

Maybe it helps to clear your browser cache and try again.

I was able to do it via IE instead of chrome. I'm at work so its possible its the browser or the firewall but not likely on your end at all.
