Run as Service

Hi all
I tried to Run RealTimeSync as Service as you described (https://freefilesync.org/manual.php?topic=rts-as-service)

But I’ve some problem: RealTimeSync start at the windows startup, but if I click on the minimized icon on the bottom right then it opens the main window (till now is ok).

But there’s no way to minimize the program again: the only options are leave it maximized or close at all.

Is there chance to let it (force it) always minimized?
I do some error?

There is a big "START" button for me on the bottom of the window. Do you not have that button?
