I have posted three times already here with 0 answers:

viewtopic.php?t=6102&p=20076
viewtopic.php?t=6109&p=20113
viewtopic.php?t=6143&p=20198

but I was thinking of trying my luck once more:

I think I found a bug:
I connected a new ssd on my laptop and I run a ffs_batch,
well, ffs said that some folders didn't exist,
which was true, but I pressed ignore and neither did it create them,
nor it copied their contents over,
while it synced the remaining ones that existed.
I had to run it once again in order to sync the previously not existent folders,
in my opinion the correct behavior should be to create the new folders and
sync-copy their contents,
not ignoring them at all..

If you are running your browser from a monitored folder, it is triggering the sync. A browser works by downloading data temporarily to display, then deleting it, registering a change and triggering RTS.

The donation version is for one local install only and can be used on a USB drive without issue. You cannot install it on more than one machine. You can purchase a multi-user version that will allow that, otherwise keep it on a USB drive to use on other machines.

There is a "ask user" option when the destination is newer than the source. You can pre-select it in the sync options, or set it to "do nothing" and select what you want to do in the preview of the sync.

That is not a bug. It was probably the warning that says the two locations are significantly different. You clicked ignore, and it did exactly what you told it to do. You should have clicked "sync anyway".

sorry I cannot find the "ask user" in the sync options,
I even searched for it on google without results

also about the non-existent folder I don't remember what I clicked,
I might have clicked "sync anyway", I mean the folder was created,
but no contents

Hover over the five icons to see the different possible sync conflicts. Then hover/cycle through the choices on the bottom to select what you want to do for the corresponding conflict.

I did, it wasn't there,
maybe because you're using the donation version?
could this be a donation-version only feature?

You have to choose it in that menu I posted above. The five categories are
1) File exists only on left side
2) File is newer on left side
3) Unresolved
4) File is newer on right side
5) File exists only on right side
You'll want to change the fourth option to "Update left item". This will copy the right side file to the left side, overwriting the existing older version with the newer version.
You can also have it "do nothing" then choose what you want after clicking compare. It will give you a list and you can click one on the three icons in between each conflict to either copy left to right, do nothing, or copy right to left. There is no option to "ask user", I apologize. You choose an action beforehand. If you choose for it do nothing, you can then go line-by-line to choose what you want to happen.
