Mac: permission to copy photolibrary

Hello everyone. I need help solving an annoying bug
The specifics of the problem are as follows.

FreeFileSync 10.15 for Mac
Version 15.08.2019 - Unicode x64
OS X version: Mojave 10.14.6

Error when I attempt to copy the Photolibrary to the HD backup:

Impossibile aprire la cartella “/Users/luisa/Pictures/Foto di Luisa.photoslibrary”
Codice errore 1: Operation not permitted [opendir]

It is necessary to allow FreeFileSync to access Photo. How can the problem be solved?

Does the error go away if you grant FreeFileSync "Full Disk Access"?
