I don' know if there is actually a way to do this, but i want to compare a folder with a image of another one. In practice I need to produce a folder structure file in a remote pc, then transfer file in local and compare with my local folder finally transfer the only differences resulting from analysis. I suppose ffs creates a database of folders but I can't choose it as the source of the comparison.

So, you are trying to sync the source with just the folder and file NAMES of the destination?
