I need to synchronize binaries and cff files on two PCs. When using FreeFileSync, the program sees changes in these files and works correctly. But when working with Real Time Sync, the program does not see changes in such files. Can this be fixed?

RealTimeSync (RTS) works as designed (on operating and file systems that support reporting changes).
Likely your RTS setup is incorrect.
Perhaps you can share what you intended to do, how you have configured RTS, the command you have RTS launch upon detecting changes and how you run/launch RTS.

I set the comparison to the contents of the file.
I set the sync to two ways. I did this in Freefilesync and applied the saved settings to Readfilesync.
I connect two folders of two computers on the same network.

I changed the contents of the files .CFF.
In Freefilesync, the analysis finds a difference in the contents of the file .CFF.
In Real file sync synchronization passes without problems and writes that there are no changes.

You must not have RTS monitoring the correct directories or running the correct command. Can you post a picture of your RTS settings
