Example Command for FreeFileSync on MacOS for Automated Backups?

Hi, would it be possible to see an example command for FreeFileSync for MacOS?

I'm trying to setup my auto backups and I'm sure I can do it if I can see an example command, but all the tutorials are in Windows.
