Synchronisation to NAS always finds missing files - which are there

Dear all,

My FreeFileSync 6.0 is working on my Win 7 64 bits system. It has/had to sync around 720 GB/200.000 files via WLAN to our new Synology DS214se. After many hours it was finished, but after comparing, it again found around 100.000 files/240 GB to sync.
Exemplarily I checked one of the files which should not be on my NAS - but it is there! FFS just seems to not have found it.

Why that? How can I make FFS work? In our NAS only "DirSort VFS" has been activated until now...
