Multiple user accounts on MAC

I am the Admin User on our Home iMAC where we have separate Users accounts for each family member. How can I set up a Mirror sync that syncs various folders from all users accounts? At present I get an access rights warning if I try to included content from any of the other User Directories and it won't let me proceed.

PS I am running latest FFS and Catalina OS.

You have to change permissions to those directories while logged into your admin account
