[Feature request] Allow selection of Logfile Language

We have an International environment.
So log files are written in many languages dependent on Operating System settings.

To allow to parse log files in a standard way, please allow to set the language to write the logs.
(even in Batch mode)

Minimum setting should be the ability to write logs always in "en-us" (English - American).

The log files are in whatever language you have selected in FreeFileSync.

Very strange....
I have selected Englisch US and my logfile in Batchmode comming in German on a German system.
I have teted it double....

Configuration files are user-dependent. You're probably running the batch jobs under a different user. See the note under: https://freefilesync.org/manual.php?topic=schedule-batch-jobs
