Is there a possibility to sync from the command line using RTS?
I have only succeeded using FFS, does anyone have a suggestion?

No clue what you mean.
You can launch FFS to run a sync from the RTS command line.
This will launch FFS when RTS has detected changes in folder(s) it is monitoring (after an Idle-time within no further changes in the monitored folder(s) occurred).
