How do I increase the default timeout from 15 seconds

I am a new user to FreeFileSync and am evaluating if it fits my needs

I am syncing about 40,000 files (about 30GB) to an SFTP file server in a data center in Vietnam
- Vietnam, like China has a firewall, so uploads are very slow.
- My upload speed is good -- about 250Mbs
- My guess is that the data center in Vietnam has a fast speed as well.
- My uploads are very slow and I often get timeouts

I saw in a FFS manual that there is a new feature that allows you to modify the default timeout of 15 seconds, but I cannot find where to do it.
