Installation Problems (MoveFile failed; code 183)

I downloaded the latest version (10.19) but when I came to install it I received the following message:

"C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\FreeFileSync.exe

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
MoveFile failed; code 183
Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

I've uninstalled the earlier version but still get the above message. Can anyone advise?

Can you send me a Process Monitor trace of this? https://freefilesync.org/faq.php#trace
Perhaps some other application is messing with the installer process? (e.g. AV)

I think I've accidentally found the cause! Before the installation I had uninstalled the previous version of FreeFileSync via the Windows7 Control Panel/Uninstall. For some reason, it had not been cleanly removed as when I when I checked, the folders and remnants of files were still present! I then cleaned all traces of the previous version and this did the trick. The install then went without problems.
