Hi there,

is there a way to make versions of overwriten files only for some certain paths and/or files?

I habe some .xlsx files in subfolders of some paths for which I would like to have 5 last versions.

All *.xlsx files only in P:\X\
All *.xlsx files in P:\X\ (and subfolders)
P:\X\Y\abc.xlsx
P:\X\Y\abcd.xlsx
P:\X\Z\abc.xlsx
P:\X\Z\abc*.xlsx

Thanks for any tipp.

Greetings,

You can split your FFS sync in multiple left-right folder pairs, and use local Sync Settings (incl. local Versioning settings) per individual left-right folder pair (using the green gear-icon in between the folder pairs).
By using local (Include and/or Exclude) Filter settings (via the red funnel-icon in between the individual left-right folder pairs), you can prevent "overlaps" between folder pairs or files.
Your 1st left-right base location may be P:\ and its equivalent sync counterpart, Include everything, Exclude X\*.xlsx, and use no Versioning.
This 1st pair will then sync all files in P:\ except any *.xlsx files in P:\X or any of its subfolders without Versioning.
Your 2nd left-right base location may be P:\X and its equivalent sync counterpart, Include *.xlsx, Exclude nothing (empty), and use the desired Versioning settings.
This 2nd pair will then sync all *.xlsx files in P:\X and any of its sub-folders with Versioning (including the ones in P:\X\Y\ )
