compares but doesnt sync

When I double click the saved batch file in my documents (PC TO NAS.ffs_batch) it appears to run the program in the background....
When I open the program manually and double click the same saved file in the left hand configuration column it displays up a new document to sync and I then click synchronise to actually sync it..... but surely running it from the file in my documents (which is also the file I use to run it from task scheduler) should have synced that file ?

oops...my mistake....I have set it to mirror left to right so I can now see it is only advising that there is a file on the right but not on the left
sorry !!!
