Incorrect file Comparison

Hello,
I wanted so sync my Picture Folder of my Mobile phone with my Network Storage via my Computer. I got the latest Version of File Sync, but still it shows all Files new to copy although 183 are already with the same Name and size and Date in the Folder of my Nas.
What should I do?

What is FFS saying is the cause of the sync? Sometimes timestamps get weird over network shares

I can`t see, what FFS is thinking about it, it just want to copy those files.

Run a compare, and when it finishes comparing and lists all the changes it wants to make, there is a section in the middle that will tell you what it is doing (copying to right, copying to left, delete on left, etc) and why it is wanting to do that.
