Settings ignored in Batch mode

Hello,

during batch mode ffs seems to ignore my sync settings like file exclusions and versioning.

In order to be able to run it as an administrator, I start it by a symbolic link like this
" C:\Users\Thomas\Documents\Programme\ffs\SyncSettings.ffs_batch"

Any Idea how to fix that?

That doesn't necessarily make it run as administrator. If you can run the batch job manually without issues, it won't be any different when run from CLI
