Not all the files in the new version...

Hello,
I aim to save a whole folder but folder size is far from the truth with the new FFS version :

- FFS 9.2 file size is 28.4 Go, witch is correct

- FFS 10.23 file size is 2.47 Go !

If you place your cursor over the icon you boxed in red, it shows the tool-tip "Total bytes to copy".
So, it is not the total size of all data involved in the sync, but only the size of the 1706 , respectively 318+18 files to be copied over.
For an initial sync (with initially empty right-side), this data-size will equal the data-content of all folders in the sync. At any consequetive sync, the number of files to be copied over and hence the size of the data, will be (likely: substantially) less.

Thanks for your anwer but the problem is that both snapshot went before any sync... Target folder did'nt even exist. Now, sync've been done and...

FFS 9 says : job done
FFS 10 says : 318 files still missing
Explorer says : paths are the same both in FF9 and FF10 for source and target
I say : is FFS running... ? Did I lost some files using FF9 before ?

Very very strange, this morning FFS 9.2 says 2.7 Go to be synchronized... Same settings, same computer... Is FFS reliable at last ?

When I use FFS as a backup tool, I use the Mirror variant.

Instead you have chosen to use a Custom variant doing nothing in case of "Right side is newer" and "Item exist on right side only".

Try with the Mirror variant.
